Hopewell Valley Engineering, PC, in partnership with V. J. Scozzari and Sons, Inc., received the 2015 Associated Builders and Contractors NJ Excellence in Construction Award for the TROIL Warehouse and Recycling Center.
This project consisted of improvements to an existing industrial site located on East State Street Extension in Hamilton Township, Mercer County. After demolition of the existing asphalt plant, the project now includes a 29,000 square foot warehouse building with its associated tank storage, loading, and parking areas. An existing NJDEP-approved Class B concrete, asphalt, brick and block recycling facility will continue to operate on the site.
Completed in 2015, Hopewell Valley Engineering, PC was responsible for all of the design, surveying, and permitting, and V. J. Scozzari & Sons, Inc. was the general contractor for the project.
