Hopewell Valley Engineering, PC (HVE) prepared a Boundary Survey, Topographic Survey and a Stormwater Dry Well Design for a new building addition project at the Princeton Terrace Club. The project received site plan approval in January, 2014 and construction is underway.

This project includes an addition to the existing building. Stormwater runoff from the new roof areas will be connected to the underground drywell system to support groundwater recharge and control small storm events. The survey plan prepared by HVE was used as the base plan for the site plan showing the building addition and stormwater improvements. HVE completed permeability soil testing and the design of the underground stormwater dry well system.

Please contact this office if you need surveying and engineering work done on your next project.
